So I'm supposed to respond to a government RFP for my company. Do I just fill in our answers under their questions in the document they sent me...or do I create a new document mirroring theirs? 9/28/2006 1:13:15 PM |

Wolfpacker - I write RFP's for a local municipality all the time. Generally, there is a section that lists out specific requirements that we want to see (usually Scope of Work or Submission Requirements). If I were you, I would format that list into
I.
II.
III.
IV.
etc
and go from there. make sur eyou hit ALL things that they ask for - even the most minute detail because they put that in for some specific purpose. If it is not included, they may just file 13 your RFP response.
Hope this helps - PM with questions 9/28/2006 4:53:13 PM |
