Thats good to hear because the motion picture's soundtrack sucked. The songs were funny to listen to in GTA3 though.

i can't stop playing. this game is addicting as fuck. i like it alot better than the gta3 series. the graphics are waaay better (i'm playing it on my computer, and i don't know how it compares to consoles). the dynamics in the game are waaay better. the mission play is more fun. the dialogues are fucking money - they're well scripted, humorous, and the cursing is awesome.

i don't know how much was spent on this game, but it had to be fucking ridiculous. the voice cast is AMAZING AS FUCK! the soundtrack is on point.

i can't stop playing. i downloaded it about 4 days ago. right now, i'm up to "s-c-a-r-f..." on the reputation; i have like 79 of the 105 exotics; and i have yet to unlock "north beach" (need to buy 1 hotel more and secure a warehouse on "south beach" first). i haven't even done any of the henchmen missions yet, so i have no clue how far along in the game i am.

you can go to the stats folder under start menu to find out how far you are. I've got SCARFA right now and am only 54% of the way through the game

i forgot to mention that the vehicles pretty closely resemble their real-life versions. i know there are mods for gta3 to import models from other games, like "need for speed". i wouldn't be suprised if scarface is similarly hacked, but it's not all that necessary (that's how good the vehicles are, imo). besides, the graphic textures of the mod vehicle might not sync well with the rest of the game's graphics.

one thing i've found that i don't like about the game is the inability to switch vehicles during the distribution missions. i'm not talking about switching to escape a damaged vehicle (i've never ran into that need anyways, and it would make the game too easy). i just want the ability to switch from a car to the boatplane, so that i won't have to drive all the way between south beach and little havana. that shit takes too long. i can only imagine how long the distributions would take once i get north beach unlocked, and buy some fronts.

I hate distribution though because your surveilence goes away in like 4 seconds and you henchmen get dropped like flies when your front gets attacked, its irritating.

i didn't realize until earlier today that the limo will let you skip from front to front. i never used it before.

invest in "montana fitness". it makes your henchman stronger, and they'll last a bit longer. also, make sure to pay down your gang heat. that cuts down on attacks alot. if it's down near minimum, you'll only get attacked once during your runs. if it's 75% full, you'll get attacked like 3 times.

i always use a fast car for distributions, like the fellini, so that i can get to the spots getting attacked quickly. the good thing is that i have my routes down on lock, so my runs are efficient. the attacks almost always happen at the next front i'm on my way to anyways. just rush the place with an ak-47, and you'll quickly be on your way again. if you use the ak-47 though, make sure you're inside the building because it'll raise your cop visibility. if you're outdoors and there are alot of gang members to kill, use your upgraded uzi (w/ the silencer).

I've had distribution runs going through all three places

and I've also had 5 or 6 of my fronts attacked while on distribution missions, it was one after a fucking other, a couple I had to just bite the bullet and let get destroyed since I was in south beach and the fronts being attacked were in downtown
