At least he's capable of letting our receivers make a play on the ball. Our previous two quarterbacks couldnt read a defense an never found single coverage, and when they did they threw an uncatchable ball.

I don't think it's changed as much as you think, Evans just knows how to look at more than one receiver. Trest was calling decent plays for Stone(because there were often receivers open), but if stone's #1 receiver was not open, he wouldn't even look at any more, he would freak out and do something stupid.

glad to see he lets our receivers make plays on the ball. they are actually pretty talented and do a great job going up and getting the ball. seems like the wr's playing well are going to help evan's confidence, and vice-versa. hopefully this keeps up all year. also, evens has helped our running game. we were extremely balanced the last two games.

The calls have changed pretty drastically from the past two years...Davis and Stone were both running a West Coast-style short passing offense (which didn't make much sense, considering the strength of our RBs).

Evans is running a vertical passing attack, targeting the deep sideline. This is also much more effective at opening up the middle for the run game.

i hate to be the one that brings down the ignorance on the thread or whatever word that would be better to use but after 3 games in 3 nights im too tired..
