it was in somebody elses thread but yes, i think we need a punter so we can take some pressure of deraney. its hard as heel to keep ajusting from punting to kicking to punting to kicking. he is a great kicker but the punting thing is taking a way from that a bit. i was all for a qb change to the at least do bad at passing with a younger qb but never during the season did i say we have no hope or we need to fire chuck. i told you guys to save the "fire chuck" stuff for the end of the season. i always said we could still win the acc and that was jsut 2 non conf games was just a "presesason" and the new season started against bc.

im not acting like i was the only one saying we could be good. there were a handful of others but you statefan were rediculous in some of those threads. and you battled the ncstate fans to a bitter defeat

hahahahahahhaha my brother kicks and that is the most untrue statement ive ever read. its not hard to adjust at all, its 2 completely different motions.........but some people tend to be GREAT at one and not so good at the other, so in some situations you pick up a punter/placekicker (see::John Kasay). deraney happens to be badass at both and you are legally retarded

you're right, I said "the ONLY CHANCE we have of having a really good year is if evans is the freaking man," how horrible.

my "rediculousness" was because stone was still our QB. any idiot could see that stone needed to be replaced and until that happened, I criticized the hell out of chuck, and he deserved it, I'm not ashamed at all.

and chuck still isn't a very good coach, but at least he has sense enough to have Evans in. as long as he's surrounded by smart O&DCs, he'll be aight.
