-smackdown presents no mercy (big hugge ppv event) sunday- i know this may sound silly but it brings attention to the area the way they do area related skits and constantly say "in raleigh nc" leading up to the event. the wrestlers will be like "in raleigh, im gonna make you pay"

i have friends in different places all over the country and they have all been talking to me this week about raleigh and how everybody all over the country is talking about raleigh this raleigh that and this area in general. my friend in la's top choice is ncstate right now and people want to get in on raleigh.

with the natural peak of this areas exposure being basketball season its only going up from here.

do you even know how many wwe events have been to raleigh before? we hosted summerslam one year, which is 10x better than some shitty smackdown only ppv.

i got no mercy tickets

i'm surprisingly really excited, considering i haven't watched wrestling since 9th grade

on a plus, i met vince and stephanie mcmahon at gold's gym in jacksonville nc when they came through before a ppv in highschool

his mother in law lives in aldersgate, or used to, no idea if she's still there

i was on the treadmill and my friend josh was like "dude, i think that's stephanie mcmahon"

of course i was like no it isn't

then i saw vince in the back with 70 lbs dumbells doing deltoid raises.. i was like GODDAMN
