Wide receiver isnt a position that is defined by strength.

And also brains are usually directially inproportional to strength so it would make sense that he's naturally strong.

Its hard to say definitively if he's on steroids.

I wouldnt bet any amount of money on him NOT being on steroids though. Just like i wouldnt bet against anyone else in the league. When punters are on steroids, everyones on steroids.

Steroids are more readily available and abundant than weed. People at your apartment pool, local gym, and in your class are on them... and these are people who dont have access to cutting edge stuff
