is anybody having any problems trying to send emails? I keep getting and error saying "Connection refused. Server replied: 111 Can't open SMTP stream."

Yeah, I called 515-HELP and they said that the server has been overloaded--maybe by spam. They're working on it.

Yeah there is a crazy amount of spam flying around ncsu
