oh justin, youll find this interesting

tim sylvia was playing 1/2 no limit at the borgata all night saturday night.

his sideburns thing looks pretty damn retarded

there was some mma cage match thing at the atlantic city convention center last weekend, he probably had a training partner fighting or paid appearance or something

hell yea

lets watch it somewhere tomorrow, my crib is open

im skippin work for this shit

^im sure Tito will win, i want Ken to win real bad, since he will retire and someone other than Tito will get to fight chuck for the title

actually maybe not becaus Tito has a garaunteed title shot clause in his contract

which is bullshit IMO, thats why hes taken easy fights

I thought Matt Hammill would have been more impressive.

Ed "short fuse match" Herman.

matt hamill has to learn how to pass gaurd and hell be awesome, but he definitely keeps busy as far as punching on top so hes not quite the old Rashad evans

Ed short fuse has alot of work to do, the way he fights lends him to being caught in that move everytime, hell probably get one more fight to turn it around and hes gone until he improves...all he has is raw guts and aggression

Kendall Grove looks even more impressive and definitely pushed the pace of the fight, knew exactly what to do in every situation (even thought that rookie ref provided the most BS stoppage ever, but i mean chris price wasnt gonna go anywhere) awesome how Kendall blocked Prices punches on the bottom by moving his legs into the way that was freakish

Ken my man, I can tell he knew exactly what he wanted to do, but his aged body just can't work his gameplan anymore, staged or not (which i doubt it was, as Tito at first was trying to avoid Ken)that was an amazing show of respect by both fighters and bout brought a tear to my eye..really good that they patched things up and showed love

Cant wait for Rich and Anderson to grind it out Saturday, and KenFlo to get crowned the second UFC lightweight champ

about what? it being stopped early?

i couldn't see it in full detail, was at a bar watching from across the room, i guess it could have been worse than it seemed from afar.

i know you're not talking about it being a let down

or the fact that plenty of people expected ortiz to dominate.

for what i have read they are not
i know they are really good friends but she claims to be commited to her husband

he is the only one she will do on film / unless its a girl
but i have looked around for proof that they are fucking and have not found anything....yet

i enjoyed the fights last night / tito dominated like i knew he would
Ed looked like a rookie again didnt live up to the hype. i thought he showed a lot of heart tyring to take that deeeeeep triangle

Kendal looked great and you can tell that training with tito has really paid off

I am no MMA expert but I have been paying attention to the UFC for the last few years and Ed Herman last night didn't really look that bad to me. MacDonald just looked really really good. I would expect him to be fighting alot now after that performance.

Kendall looked good once again. Tito completely overpowered Ken as expected. Matt Hamill looked like the n00b that he is. His takedowns were powerful, but he didn't seem to know what to do from there.

i wanted to take a moment and thank everyone for their kind words (the few)...This is a very rough time for Jay and I... We are working through things and remain best friends.
I know that its hard for everyone not to say "say it isn't so"... "don't do this"
Remember, we are a real couple with real problems... It's hard enough without insensitive ramblings
