my dinner and pwo (1-30 after) is a baked chicken parm sandwich (chicken baked with olive oil, cracked pepper, homemade tomatoe sauce, and shredded parm on whole wheat), spinach salad w/ mushrooms, tomatoes, and rasins


all flushed down with lots of skim milk
