Look, I think it's awful to take advantage of someone elses pain and anguish and use it against them. I think that is pretty fucking pathetic actually and don't respect the actions of the people who do it. But we see this happen on a daily basis. It's unfair to let some people get away with it and others not.

Whoever is doing the suspending needs to either tell us that it isn't allowed and suspend everyone, without bias, that does it; or let everyone run around and insult whoever they wish for whatever they want.

** I'm not going to speak for him, but I would think that even the person that these idiots are talking shit to would agree that it should be consistent one way or another..

95% of the time if i suspend someone there is a warning first
it may be a warning by PM or it may be a public warning in a thread where the trouble is being caused.

if there is a situation like b/w pruf and willis i try to get both parties to let it go
you guys dont know how many chances i gave mr_willis before is suspended him
i have had multipile conversations with both of them about this and willis will not give it up.

if a moderator suspends someone there is a thread in the mod forum where you post the user and the offence / some mods are not following this rule for suspensions and i think its a bitch move not to man up and say who / why you are suspending someone

i have suspended users before w/out posting in that thread but it was for 30 minutes to an hour.
to me that doesnt warrant a post in our thread.


as far as suspending goes for me i try to use it as a last resort and leverage to get people to shut the fuck up, get back on topic and/or stop what ever it is that is getting my inbox blown up
by other users in an outrage

gunzz, I can understand where this is coming from, In the "guidelines" it says that people get warnings and then suspensions and then if its bad enough terminations. I had been terminated because I was accused of being an alias of forte (my roommate by the way). When I was terminated I was never given a warning at any point in time. It took almost a year to be unterminated which consisted of constant emails to crazyj. I just wish there was a more unilateral warning system so that people can explain things in the event that they didnt do anything wrong.
