Aside from the price, whats the difference? Is the mist more subtle?

The website is NOT helpful at all...all it says is that the mist is moisturizing. OK...can we be a tad more descriptive? Pleeeease? Thanks.

Honestly, that's kinda what you get for trying to evaluate scented products online.

I know But the closest VS to me is like 1.5 hours away...in Virginia...at least I assume there is one up there. I KNOW there is one in Raleigh, but that's 3.5-4 hours away.

I accidently dropped my bottle and it totally shattered...I was just gonna order the perfume, until I saw the mist. lol now I'm all confused

lol I'm in Kitty Hawk...its not THAT bad...just very limited places to shop. I never really even LIKED to shop until I realized that all I had was a Gap Outlet and a Belks out here (ok, a spattering of a few other stores too, but not many)

USUALLY, and I can't say this for sure about VS, but usually mists are in the same classification as "body sprays". That means the fragrance is less concentrated per spray, so that if you do mist your whole body, you won't be a walking perfume bottle.

^exactly

I got paid VERY well one christmas season to push Liz Claiborne fragrences, easiest job of my life. I learned the difference between mists and sprays (10% fragrence oil), eau de toilet (20%), and eau de parfum (30%). So it's all in just how much fragrence is in there, that's how long it will last on you.

wow that's actually really good info

The perfume I use is very subtle to begin with, so I'll stay away from the mist.

Thanks!!

^^ that is not completely correct. Fragrances are made typically with alcohol unless it lists oil. I'm not sure about your percentages, but I'll go with it. Also, your mist is going to last you 3-4 hours, your eau de toilet is going to last 5-8 hours, and your parfume is going to last eight plus hours. Also, parfume is so strong that it doesn't take nearly as much compared to eau de toilet or eau de parfume.

The mist lasts forever, not as strong, but still smells awesome. I buy both. The mist is great!
