I could have sworn you can transfer permits, but if not, nevermind. I'm looking to buy someone's permit that will allow me to park in the Partner's Way Deck next to EB1/EB2 on Centennial. Email is probably better than a PM on here: jecosgro@ncsu.edu thanks!
