The original guidelines were

Usernumber < 4000 (Before around Sept 6, 2001)
Class = Alumnus/a
Age = 23-30 (or so)

You had to meet only one of the three. (Should have clarified that). Oh, and you had to have met those criteria in July 2005 (or so) for the initial upload.
