We are looking for a fulltime IT Manager for our growing business. You may have seen the promotions for one of our companies, QuoteRetriever.com, as the title sponsor for the scores from around the country feature at Carter Finley Stadium.

We have multiple website and technology projects that are underway and have decided to hire someone to handle the growing number of projects, in house.

We would like to find a talented young programmer that is creative, aggressive, forward thinking, and innovative to have a direct impact on our businesses.

Compensation includes salary plus a very generous profit share from all businesses involved. Income potential is way above average but we feel like this person is worth a large investment.

I thought I would try and find a wolfpacker before I looked elsewhere.

Programmer 95% of the time.

Programming websites, quote engines, internal systems, etc.

IT Manager 5% of the time.

Solve any technical issues that come up in house.

If you know anyone who may be interested you can email me at reilly @ quoteretriever.com

Office phone is 806-8081.

We are looking for someone to start soon as possible as we have enough projects in the pipeline to keep this person busy for the next 3 years.

sound like a great opportunity, esp if the profit sharing is as you describe.

Might want to mention more details, like the fact you are developing with ASPX (C#, VB, Visual C)? the specific background qualifications you need (because looking at your services you need a software engineer more than a webmaster) and Location (Durham?), benefits (401k, Health?), what kind of company you are (LLC, Corp, LLP, LTD?)

I'm sure this is a great opportunity, but with an advert like that you are going to get unqualified yahoos crawling out the woodwork trying to apply, which will waste a lot of HR time.
