What if we changed out helmets to a shiny RED (with the metallic/sparkly glitter stuff) and BIG logos on both sides and two white/silver stripes running through the middle

uniforms and school colors are a big deal in recruiting though. I mean you can't cover up a shitty program but colors/jerseys do have a big impact on recruits. I remember talking with some guys in high school who went on to play at UNC, State and Auburn partly because each one liked the way their school's colors/uniforms looked

I find the fact that we havent pulled out some throwbacks for the 40th anniversary of Carter-Finley just downright sad. But I guess if we came out there in something different, people might not know who we are .
