i know the chances are slim but i just wish we had a fan base that gave our players something to fight for. at least inspire our players so they can play their best. if they lose o well they played their best and if they win hell ya.

you are what's wrong with the fan base. people who act like nothing's wrong. it's quite clear at this point, to any reasonable person, that we are in need of a coaching change. our team is undisciplined and doesn't go out to play if it's not against a ranked opponent. tell me i'm wrong, hcnguyen. i go to every game, as do most of the people you are preaching to here, and that's not going to change once i graduate. we are all sitting through your "adversity and hard times". so please, please stop making posts telling everyone we are bad fans, when in actuality you are just entirely too optimistic.

I am not acting like nothigns wrong. alot is wrong. and it all starts with the fanbase. for me at least i try my hardest to challenge you guys to become better fans because thats the only part of it i can help out with. I PUT FAITH IN THE COACHES TO FIX THE OTHER PROBLEMS EACH WEEK. maybe we are in need of a coaching change. BUT THATS NOT A MIDSEASON ISSUE. please wait until the season is over to discuss off-season matter. until then, chuck is our coach trestman is our oc and we cna beleive in them gettting things fixed for next week.

so even according to your pessimistic philosophy there is good reason to beleive we can win out considering our only other real game is home against ecu.

We can still easily still go to a bcs bowl.

Lets take this senario

BC loses to wake and miami and on the way to the Duke game the BC plane collides with the plane carrying the Wake team. Then Maryland gets DQed because their players are dealing drugs on the sidelines. After this happens the Georgia Tech team gets mugged because they are in ATL and that is ghetto as hell and Clemson forgets to show up for the rest of their games because they aren't very smart. Even after all that happens we will probably lose to Carolina and ECU and end up having to join the SEC and lose every conference game for the rest of our existance

If you went to a game at Carolina you would see that our fans are always good. And what does it matter if people up here bash Chuch or Trestman or the team. this is so fucking true

i came in the year after rivers left expecting the same type of play state had when he was here, and what did i get? jay davis, ta, and a 5-6 season. what did i get in basketball? a sweet 16 loss to wisconsin. and last year wasnt much better aside from the toilet bowl we got. this year is going to be abysmal when we should have had high hopes in football at least. you learn in time to expect the team to suck and laugh it off, but damn if it doesnt hurt deep down inside
