ok, the card i have now has good rates and such, but since i pay everything off that really doesn't matter too much right now... plus I'd like to get something extra for my spending...
which card(s) have the best deals in terms of rewards, air-miles, etc? 10/31/2006 9:30:56 AM |

I would have recommended the Citibank Platinum Dividends Plus card, for they had awesome cash rewards. But they since cut them down to almost nothing, so it isn't as great anymore. It used to be awesome (5% on gas, groceries, medicine, and 1% on everything else).
They cap you at $300 of rewards per year, so I actually opened up another card just like it once I used up all the rewards on the first card. I can't remember what they are now, but it's like 2% and 0.5% or something crappy like that.
Starting on 1/1, I am going to switch back to my American Express Blue Cash card, which gives you rewards based on how much you spend. For less than $6,500 per year, you get like 2% and 1% (on the same items above), and over $6,500 per year, you get 5% and like 1.5% with no cap on the rewards.] 10/31/2006 9:37:26 AM |
