I'm having trouble with a few cd's playing the final songs on CD-R's in my car, Roxio is my software. I tried to slow the burn speed down, but 16X is the lowest it will go, does anyone know how to make it 8X or 4X. I've tried to google, and searched up old threads with no luck, thanks in advance.

Ive had this same problem for years with burned cd's in my car. It doesnt matter where they come from or how fast they are burned, they just wont play in my car. They play everywhere else though. I think it has more to do with the CD player than your burner or software.

could be, especially because it only messes up on the last one or two songs, so I'm thinking it could be my car cd player. However, sometimes, it works fine, others not, but whenever it messes up, it is always witht he last one or two songs on my Cd-R

wolfAApack is probably correct but also if you've had the CD-Rs for like 5 years they might be old/bad/shitty discs...if they are new discs of semi-high quality its probably just the CD player
