the law in nc is that you can only sell tickets for 3 dollars over face value...so if the tickets are like what 35 dollars each, 2 tickets should only be sold for at most 78.

i don't know these laws. i just know i can't go to the game anymore.

and i guess i wasn't breaking the law. these are $40 tickets and what i assume to be a $15 parking pass.

He is selling a parking pass with the tickets so he can sell them for as much as he wants in NC. That is why on ebay you sell tickets with a something arbitrary like a hat.
