I drive it every day, and depending upon trqaffic and the time of day, its between 5 and 10 minutes from the middle of downtown. Thanks for looking, though.

be warned, they have a 500 lbs dog that will maul your throat if you go look at it... but its a nice house though...

we had to put the 500 lb dog to sleep. he was diagnosed with lymphoma, so no beast there anymore.

We bought a bigger house out in the country, is why we're moving. You could easily rent out the two other rooms to your friends. Use the payment estimator i built into the website and figure out what your payments would be with your individual situation, but you could easily rent out each room for 350-400 a month.

I work on hillsborough street and its about 12-15 minutes to there depending upon traffic on s. saunders and what time of day it is.
