although i lived in one of their townhouses. its pretty close to crossroads, about halfway between there and the grocery store shopping complex on western blvd called Plaza West.
i didn't have a balcony while there, but i liked the ones on my friends places who lived there, so when i moved to chapel hill i got a place with a balcony b/c of my past enjoyment of them at sumter square.
