My girlfriend is 25 and has a stready job that she has worked at for the past 5 years. She has joint custody of her wonderful 5 year old daughter that she has 3-4 nights a week. The other nights my girlfriend usually stays with me at my apt. I stay with her maybe 1 or 2 nights a week. She has been paying about $1K in rent and utilities every month, but would like to try to save some money for a while. Her current lease ends in Jan 31st. If you have 2 bedrooms avaiable for rent and live in a nice neighborhood, then please email me along with a little about yourself. 11/13/2006 10:16:23 AM |

She could buy a townhouse and pay less per month in mortgage payments than she's paying in rent and build some equity. 11/13/2006 11:41:56 AM |

university apts off of avent ferry has a few 2 bedroom apts for rent. They are old but pretty nice, i lived there for a while. I think rent on the 2 bedroom apts is $495/month plus utilities. I think all together it ran about 6 something a month for everything. 11/13/2006 12:08:47 PM |

There are some townhomes starting at $99K off Buffaloe (off newhope rd). i see the sign everytime i go see a friend who has a house in that neighboorhood. They're basically kinda near Triangle Town center, if she's got the credit and the ability to geet the loan, that'll pay for itself *really* fast. 11/13/2006 12:46:50 PM |
