I need to find someone in Raleigh to fix a roof or window leak. I don't think it's actually a roof problem, but a problem with the flashing on a window just above the roof. I'm not sure if I should call a roofer, window installer, or general handyman.

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend someone. The person must be insured and all that. I'd prefer someone who doesn't charge a large minimum fee to just come out and look at it.
