I have a room that I am thinking of possibly renting out.
There's no furniture in the room but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
Has to be a female.
Must love cats.
No other pets please.

Rent is half of $545 + 1/2 utilities + 1/2 internet(if you want it.)

Apartment is located in Parkwood Village, right above a wolfline stop.
No washer/dryer but the complex has a laundrymat
The room would be available middle of December/January.
We can discuss lease options later.
