The flight is a round trip to Los Angeles, California.
Due to personal circumstances, I am an able to continue with my plans.
US Airways did not allow me to cancel, but will transfer or postpone the flight for an additional $100.
I paid roughly $260.00 for this flight.
So, the way I will do this is:
I will sell this ticket for $200.00 ($60 savings for you assuming your destination's price equals mine) and you can PM me your location and I will check with them and let you know.

Dude, call them back and start bitching at them. Then ask to speak to their manager. Keep on going until they give you options. What's your personal circumstance? My mom works for AA and handles this shit all the time. These companies always give in at some point. 11/20/2006 8:15:38 PM |

I'm interested, but I was told that if the tickets were reserved in your name you cannot transfer those tickets to someone else. I tried this earlier this summer, they said it was a security issue. 11/28/2006 9:56:50 AM |

Yeah, you can't actually transfer to another person... It has to be in your name. I used a different person's credit card, but I was the person flying, and I couldn't even let the person who used the credit card take the credit.
On the other side, definitely call and deal with them. I had to do that when my last flight was cancelled and they weren't working with me. I just spent a lot of time complaining and finally got someone who did something. It just takes a lot. 11/28/2006 10:40:55 AM |
