Anybody know how to reset a Nintendo DS Lite to wipe the settings/user?

Google wasn't much help so any tips are appreciated.

what have you changed on it?

there arent THAT many options

it's out of the box new, but i wanted to make sure it worked before selling it so i set it up, just wondering if i could clear it out so the next person could do it, not sure if they're buying it as a gift or what
