In DC/georgetown i saw a really nice Rolls Royce then i saw the wheels....HUGE ass spinners. that should be illegal.

as soon as i got into Raleigh from the drive home from DC...i saw a really old buick driving down capitol with a 19" flip down LCD screen for the rear seats...i think everyone that was at that traffic light was laughing at those 'thugs'. was the most getho shit i ever saw...
