Really, I would like to know. Jackleg NEVER followed the rules, and yet he was made a mod. Then, when he waws a mod, he continued not to follow the rules.

Now we have mods in sports talk NOT warning people, not even making a blanket "anyone who posts about 'X' will be suspended" statement.

To put it simply:
