I'm moving out of my house into an apartment closer to my job. This is a great house with a big front yard and a massive backyard... It was built in the 1950's, but the landlord is amazing and has redone a lot of the inside... My room is actually the best room of the 4 bedrooms IMO, haha... It's humongous... I don't know the dimensions, but I'd guess 11x16... it's huge... and it's got Knotty Pine (sp?) paneling which is freaking beautiful... 2 regular sized closets... And a shelf built into the wall which I think is really cool...

The 3 roommates... 2 are graduated and working and 1 is a junior... Super cool guys if you don't mind a little mess... All pretty outdoorsy people (camping, hiking, etc.)...

More about the house: Huge living room with old school cabinet TV that looks like an HD... not quite, but does look great and is perfect for movie nights or Adult Swim... We're walking distance to all the fun stuff on Western like Cookout, Subway, etc... and also walking distance to the frisbee golf park on Kaplan... Neighbors are great... No complaints in the 2 years I've lived here...

Rent is... u ready for this... $303.00
You pay 1/4 of the utilities (water/electric/cable-internet)

roomate here. we are pretty loud, messy, etc. Normal college guys (I'm out and work for state, elliot is going back to get another major, and we have another junior in here.The bathroom is in my room, which you have to walk through first.

I think his room is bigger than 11x16\

also, I will be keeping bees in the backyard this summer now that brooks (allergic) is out of the house.

Went by to check the place out and Brooks room is really the nicest/biggest in the house and in that area for the price. Big back yard, close to campus. Roomates seem to be outgoing and friendly. Check it out.

I couldnt stay there because I'm looking to move in with friends in the Fall and the current roomies said they are staying through that time.
