Excellent apartment for rent for the Spring semester or longer. Near campus and the Wolfline.
Second floor apartment Size: 1,100 sq. ft. 3 Bedroom 2 Full bath Hardwood floors in Living room and hall Carpet in bedrooms Water included in rent. Washer Dryer in kitchen Front balcony Move in anytime after Christmas
I moved into this apartment in May 2003. I’m buying a house so I need someone to takeover the apartment. When I moved in the apartment had just been re-modeled. The apartment is in great condition however there are some stains on the carpet. The carpets will be cleaned before you move in (but the stains will still be there). The price is only $619 a month for the whole place. This rate is locked in until May of ’07.
Requirements for potential renters: 1. You must accept the apartment as is. This means the apartment won’t be remodeled by Gorman Crossing before you move in. 2. You must meet Gorman’s minimum requirements for renting. 3. You must agree to stay through May of ‘07
PM me for details or to take a look. 11/28/2006 12:33:56 PM |

One more thing I forgot. This is not a sublease. Provided you meet Gormans requirements you will sign a lease directly with Gorman and not have to deal with me. 11/28/2006 12:57:25 PM |

There is 3 years of normal wear and tear. Some nails in the wall, scuff marks on the wall, stained carpet, the usual. The place isn't immaculate (it is Gorman after all) but it's not like there's been three frat guys living in here. 11/28/2006 6:30:08 PM |

Please excuse the mess. The pictures are not great quality so if you are seriously interested, we would be happy to give you a tour. Keep in mind that the apartment will be vacated before you move in. We won't be leaving furniture. But the kitchen appliances including the refrigerator, washer/dryer, oven and dishwasher are all included.
