I want to get new shocks on my 2001 Tahoe (2wd). They don't have to be super fancy, but I'd like to know a little more before I go to the store...
I drive about 40k miles a year pulling a saiboat (about 900 lbs w/ trailer)
suggestions/prices?
Thanks in advance.

bistein's.

actually, I've found shocks can make a huge difference in ride of a vehicle. I'm talking 4x4 rigs here though

bilstein are great quality. Personally I like KYBs but I'm not sure if how their truck shocks are.
