Comedy. Improv comedy.

Come check out the CIA (Comedic Improvisation Alliance) as we improv our way to Campus Cinema in Witherspoon! This Wednesday, at 9 PM, we will perform a head-on-head improv comedy show, so take a break from studying and laugh it up! Tickets are $5, or $3 with a student ID. Proceeds go to We Build People, a YMCA charity funding afterschool programs for children. There's no reason for you to miss out!

hey, if we'll drive out to CH just to see Zach and Friends (friends in small letters) put on a show, the least the DSI people can do is show up for our shows...Corey Brown has in the past.

Erm, I am talking show improv.

1. I have no formal connections to DSI.
2. I'm pretty sure StillFuchsia was kidding, but I don't know why.
3. I came to the last show and it was quite funny. Still, it reinforced the fact that I, personally, have no desire to see ComedySportz/Worx format at this point. The longform question is a legitimate one that I'll continue to ask until the answer is "yes," at which time I'll get very excited.

So yeah, this show will be fun.

vinyl, we'll probably be doing longform in the future, but I don't think it'll be this year. We've got people in the iO classes now, so I'm waiting for them to get a little farther on and more experienced before we start to tackle any longform stuff as a group. When that happens, I'll let you know, we'd love to have you out.

So yeah, CIA folks and any other people related to improv, let's drop whatever bullshit we were talking about. The only thing lamer than arguing about improv politics is arguing about improv politics on the internet.

So yes: CIA, this Wednesday, Witherspoon, 9 PM, 3$ with Student ID. It'll be fun.
