I'm pretty sure that's a 1997 base model... they had 191 at the crank

I call bullshit.

uh yeah, real impressive... lots of stock front wheel drive cars do better than that

riiiight...

what the fuck is the deal with all the nitrous talk anyways?? id be more worried about imports with some exhaust fans than ones with nitrous. all in all, another wonderful article by the technician

50% of the time nitrous is "idiot speed"

dur i wanted a faster car but didn't really want to think about it.

(the other 50% of the time its used to spool something or on a motor built for it in multiple stages)

i dont know too terribly much about cars

but i do, however, know that making $10,000 in upgrades to a car while holding a job at chickfila would be pretty tough

for 10k, he could have gotten a sports bike and split his 0-60 in half... Then wreck afterwards and kill himself, therefore taking his stupidity out of our gene pool...

Yeah man sure do...usually get to campus lil before lunch and parking is a pain at that time. At least a park where someone wont beat ur doors in when they get outta their car. So i usually end up parking near the top.

I actually like the looks of the 97 VR-4 the best. I've got a friend with a modded 95 vr-4... some people here know him ( zxappeal and a couple others), another with a 96 vr-4, and another with a stock white 93 vr-4 that some of you may have seen on campus.

I don't dig the Evo-like 99 vr-4 rear wing, but have you considered a 99 conversion for the front headlights and rear panel? you'd need the 99 front bumper though, which looks sick with a front-mount intercooler...

^^^ yeah i thought about the 99 conversion before i got the kit. Was gonna do it and put a lip on it, but it was too much money...$600 for bumper and $1200 for the headlights...and i agree, anything looks better with a front mount...
