Could someone explain this statement from espn:

"The board of governors has scheduled a Friday meeting to approve O'Brien's contract. Terms of the deal weren't immediately known."



Could the 'board' overturn this decision somehow?

i didnt see anything about removing the contract dweedle dee. all it says is 'approve'
