^^the happy car picture is a direct pad and padding isn't allowed in the garage. that's what chitchat is for. however, i rarely suspend for it. i do a lot of cleaning up in there that goes unnoticed. i will suspend for that car pic if it's done by a user who repeated does it and knows the consequences.
