no problem.
but what are you trying to do?
example: solve Ax=b or find A^-1 ----------------------------------------
OK suppose you want to find A^-1 For gauss-jordan you augment the original matrix with the identity of the appropriate dimension. A --> [A|I] Then you perform elementary operations until the Identity is formed on the left(where A was) and the inverse will appear on the right side.
The easiest way to do this in maple is to follow this example;
A:=Matrix([[2,1,1],[4,-6,0],[-2,7,2]]); I3:=IdentityMatrix(3);
ReducedRowEchelonForm( <A |I3 > ) ;
The right hand side of the result is the A Matrix inverse.
If you need something else let me know. And you can mail me my check.

Man--I can't tell you how disappointing this is. Sorry to go all sappy on you like this but how about as an alternative: study. Anyone who shares info like this with you is also cheating.
The accounting profession doesn't need this--try advertising." |

you should have been able to answer this yourself. What a shame on the math department, you should have never been matriculated.

i can't believe you're asking this, either.
in matlab, it's a single command: rref(A). in maple, you may want to check the linalg package. single command.
