How about an chemical engineer that is green belt certified with 1 year experience and already lives in the area?

I think GE pays pretty well, starting somewhere around low 60's. But rumor has it every year they cut the bottom 10% of the workforce.

They used to do that, but haven't done it in a while. Quite frankly, I wish that they still did it though.
