So i imagine i have picked up some kind of damn virus or something, but it only affects amazon.com. When i type in or click any page within the amazon.com domain, it auto-redirects me to http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/?nodeId=508510 , and then it says it cannot load the page.

- I have this problem in both IE7 and firefox.
- I have tried clearing all cookies, history, etc in both firefox and IE7.
- I now running spybot, adaware, etc.

I found a number for amazon and they proceed to tell me they have no technical support and cannot help me.

Any ideas on how to fix this? thanks

and or

clear out your temporary internet files
