2006 model.
Got a 06 superduty turbo diesel, door locks automatically at whatever mph, but i'd rather they not.
looked in the instruction manual, nothing there. dealer was no help.
anyone else have any ideas? 12/19/2006 4:04:22 PM |

never had to do deal with fords, but on GM you would use Tech2 (diagnostic/programming tool) to change the preferences
i know everyione is going to be like well gm got nothing to do with the ford but im making an assumption that ford has been keeping up with the gm's stupendously overengineered computer stuff

you're in luck, i did this recently on an 05 f350...
1. turn ignition to run
2. press the unlock button 3 times
3. turn ignition off.
4. repeat step 2. the horn should beep.
5. turn ignition back to on.
6. press unlock once.
7. press lock one. horn will beep again.
8. turn key off. horn beeps again. 12/19/2006 5:06:32 PM |
