Hi peeps, I have a lvl 60 NE hunter on a pvp server for sale. Post here if you're interested!
She's got one purple item, the rest are blue and a couple of green. I'm at work, so I'll post more once I'm home.
Happy hunting!

(ps, I'm also posting this on craigslist)

not trying to shit on your thread, but it is highly unlikely you'll get more than $45 for that, if you can get that. get some pvp epics if you can

"Greetings Brian,

Thank you for contacting Blizzard Entertainment. It is not possible to "wipe" an account or to re-use an Authentication Key for any reason. Once the key is used and an account is created, that key is permanently tied to that account. In addition, the name listed on an account is considered to be the account's permanent owner. Therefore, the sale of open or used copies of World of Warcraft or accounts is not recommended for our customers.

Please maintain access to your account and do not give your password or login information to anyone. If you are unable to play World of Warcraft, you may select to cancel your account, but the account cannot be sold or given to anyone else. If you have already lost access to the account in question, please call the billing department immediately, that we may assist you in getting your account back.

Billing representatives are on hand to take your call Monday thru Friday between 9am and 6pm Pacific Time, at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (800-592-5499). Customers in Australia should call 1-800-041-378.

Please note that the sale or transfer of World of Warcraft accounts, characters, and/or items is against the Terms of Use - (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/termsofuse.shtml). Accounts found in violation of these Terms are subject to permanent closure. Thank you for you understanding in this matter.

"I'm extremely confused then, I don't understand this part of your EULA. Basically I bought the game, got bored and want to let my friend have the game. I don't want to give him MY characters like the taboo "ebay'd thunderfury T3 warrior". Just the key/box/manuals so he can start from scratch. Can you explain what follows?

B. You may permanently transfer all of your rights and obligations under the License Agreement to another by physically transferring the original media (e.g., the CD-ROM or DVD you purchased), all original packaging, and all Manuals or other documentation distributed with the Game; provided, however, that you permanently delete all copies and installations of the Game in your possession or control, and that the recipient agrees to the terms of this License Agreement. The transferor (i.e., you), and not Blizzard, agrees to be solely responsible for any taxes, fees, charges, duties, withholdings, assessments, and the like, together with any interest, penalties, and additions imposed in connection with such transfer.

"Greetings Brian,

While you may give him the software, manual and box, You can not give him your account. As stated previously our Terms of Use state the account is not transferable. If you give your friend your software they may contact us with directly for further assistance on how to establish their own account.

I hope that resolves the confusion.

If you give him the software, manual, and box, he can contact us directly for further assistance on how to establish his own account. However, it is much quicker and easier if he simply purchases a copy of his own. As we would keep your account here for you if you decided to return at any point.

For any further questions on this issue please call the Billing Department directly at (800) 592 - 5499 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm PST).

I can't sell the characters since they are property of blizzard, but I can sell my time and effort into making a lvl 60 character....

And you can't change the name on the account but you can change the billing and home address, etc.

oh yes, and I had a pm offer of $100.

^ From what I've seen, Blizzard doesn't care if you are 'selling your time' or not. I sold my first character on ebay during a thanksgiving weekend for 650. I tried to sell my second character during a normal work week using all the same disclaimers. Ebay took the auction down and sent me a warning not to do it again.

Sell the account and forget about it.

The only person that can get owned is the person buying the account as you can always get it back.
