I just got this email from them and had my account suspended.

no where in the email does it actually say what account i was associated with. This has been my ebay account and username for 5 or 6 years now. This has always been my only account so I'm guessing this must be a glitch in the system and now I'm losing money with each passing day waiting on ebays email response.

Is there actually a phone number you can call and bitch or is it strictly email? I can't find it on the site.

well surprisingly ebay live chat was helpful and at the same time not. they reffered me to safety and trust dept. but managed to check on my status to see if my case was being investigated or not. now i wait
