i am at home and on wireless internet under our last name and is it locked. well it kept switching me to road runner server...i am not even sure if that is the right word. but anyways it deleted our name when you click on the dell wireless wlan card utility, our name doesnt even show up. can anyone tell me what happened or how to fix this?

one of road runner's flux capacitors was down. They just replaced it though so everything is back to normal.
