next thing you'll be telling me is that Scott Niedermayer is the hardest working player in the NHL, despite being effortless.

^ Has no point? The point is to make fun of political ads and get Rory into the ASG. It does both.

if you know hockey, the term is defenseman, not defender.

You don't even have to know hockey that well to get this; it's gotten a good bit of press lately. Hell, they even showed the Neidermayer ad on PTI the other day.

And I'm from pennsylvania. Still doesn't change the fact that you wouldn't know hockey or funny if it sat on your face

Rory fell to third

http://youtube.com/watch?v=roOiru0-dHQ

ahaha

Rory Fitzpatrick on the other hand was drafted after such perennial all-stars as Saku Koivu, Paul Kariya, andchrispronger.

The ASG is a joke anyway--it's a totally meaningless game that guys would rather NOT play because it doesn't mean shit at the end of the season.

And the fan-voting is a crock, too.

Honestly, the skills competition is much more fun to watch.

When the hotels get built (right) and Raleigh finally gets the ASG it was promised (double-right), I'll buy a weekend ticket--as I understand it, you have to buy tickets to both events--and sell the game half for $missouri.
