I have a Sony DCR-HC26. When i capture video from the camera to the computer using a USB cable, the resolution is 320x240. Can i get more resolution by using a firewire cable? The camera is supposed to have 340K pixels (effective). 320x240=76800, which is not 340K, so i'm a little confused

if you know that the resolution is supposed to be higher, then play with the settings. there should be a 640 x 480 movie mode.

the firewire solved it 720x480 > 320x240 :-)
