Looking for a college-aged male or female to move into beautiful house near NCSU. The house is 1950 sq feet and fully furnished. It features a huge vaulted living room with overlooking loft. There is also a nice back deck with propane grill. The current residents are 20-23 years old, laid back males and the lease term is from Jan 1st through July with the option to resign when the term is up. Please call me ASAP if you are interested.
