Thats a ripoff.

When i was looking for packages for the Panthers/Patriots game i was fidning them in the $4,000 for two range. It didnt have quite as many amenities as that package, it was basically just airfare/tickets/hotel. I cant remember all the specifics but i dont see how those extra parties/transportation should be worth anywhere near that.... im sure miami in general is more expensive but damn...


Ultimately, I decided I really couldnt have a good time in Houston even with a Super Bowl in town and didnt go.

Only thing I wouldn't like is that you don't know where your tickets are, you know they are lower level, but usually packages are a bit more specific.

If the panthers were in it and I was established I might do that. However you can get down to Miami in my SUV in 14 hours and only have to fill up 3 times to get there. thats 150 bucks there, 150 bucks back. 300. Tickets I would scalp 2 for 1,000 a piece that's 2 g's, 300 Add in the fact that I can get a hotel down there for 200 a night thats another 600. I think you could do the whole weekend and have a great time for under 4g's.

^^ 1) i'd rather fly in a 2 seater than ride in a car for 14+ hours

2) i'd rather stay at the Victor

3) i'd rather have guaranteed lower level seats
