^But he didn't pass it away, he shot a perfect three. That's a good thing, he's shaking the cobwebs and starting to get some confidence back. Remember Costner's offensive play was horrible for maybe the first three or four games of the season, (counting Exhibition) but now he's getting back into the game. Give him a few more games and he will develop nicely into the system, unless Atsur gets healthy and Ferguson doesn't get minutes anymore.

it's not that he's just improved, but he's in a better position to be a better player. i think he was being held back/not in his element before

Lowe's learning a little about the team and everyone's strengths each game and that's good
