My fiance and I are looking for a small house around the NCSU area that has a fenced backyard. Only really need 1-2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We'd be moving in early May of 2007.

We're looking to rent, not own, and the place MUST be pet-friendly. (We have a dog, 4 cats, and over 50 tarantulas + scorpions.) Our current rental is a 823 sq ft apartment at $579/month. We know we can't get a townhouse/house that cheap, but we're trying to keep costs down. We really want to give our dog more space and her own backyard to play in.

We would consider owning if there wasn't the possibility that we will be relocating in summer of 2008 after I get my MS.
