Kmart Brand Heavy Duty timer with full 24 hours night/day setting. Has three positions, on, off, and automatic. Bought in 1982 and still works great. This piece of history is just as classic as the clap-on clap off gadget. Don't need this item anymore since we never put up Christmas, Halloween, thanksgiving, or easter decorations anymore.

I'm interested in the timer. Has it ever been used for illegal activities such as growing weed? I don't really want any felonious equipment in my house. 1/8/2007 8:25:53 AM |

btw that's suppose to be 120 volts not 12.
Was never abused and only used during Festivus seasons to turn on lights. It was also used to turn on a clock radio or TV for security purposes when on vacation. 1/8/2007 8:29:50 AM |

I just found a box with some more in them, so I have 3 more in stock. All in working condition. I also have 2 more but both are broken but in good cosmetic condition. You could turn it into a paper weight if you wish. I can professionally do that for you for a small fee using either lead, iron, or aluminum blocks.
I will also include with the sale the certificate and product manuals as my dad is a pack rat and saves all the information in a 3 ring binder with protective cover sheets. Paper isn't aged or faded, pure white like the day it was printed.
If you also wish I could include newspapers from the same era from the time when we bought the items. They are a bit crinkled as they were used for packaging material in the box with the timers. They are priceless! Like a time capsule! 1/8/2007 8:35:32 AM |
