I work full-time during the week and like to relax on the weekends by going out. I prefer non-smokers and the landlord forbids pets. I cook very little so the kitchen can be all yours if need be. I live in a 1200sqft. 2B/2.5Ba townhouse and my living preferences keep utilities (gas, power) as cheap as possible...cable/internet is the most expensive by far. Your share of rent would be $375/mo. + 1/2 utilities.
